We had a fantastic time at the hotel, especially enjoying the convenient access to Universal Parks. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and having express passes was a huge bonus. However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing given the price, and the dining experience overall could use improvement. The pool area was spacious and enjoyable, which was a plus for our family.
